You may be wondering
Is it easy to return items?
Yes! Just enter your email used to place the order and follow the instructions to print out your shipping label. Please note that your shipping cost is non-refundable and we deduct $3 per return item as re-stocking fee (5 or more return items is a flat charge of $15).
For international returns please email email@example.com with your order number for instructions.
If you choose not to use our return label, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance - and that you retain your proof of postage. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and tracking number. Without this, we cannot guarantee we will receive your return.
How soon will I get my refund?
Returns are processed within 3-5 business days upon receipt of the package. We'll send you an email with an update regarding your refund once your return has been processed.
Depending on your bank it can take 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
What items are returnable?
- Items that are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags attached, purchased in the last 30 days are eligible for return.
- ALL FACE MASKS AND SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND ARE INELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS, OR STORE CREDIT.

What items are non-refundable?
- Sale Items.
- Face Masks
- Gift Cards.
- Returns of swimwear are only valid if the hygiene slip is intact.
- Items that have security tags removed.
- Products purchased at any of our sample sales or warehouse events.
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
